R.I.P. my beloved A4 *sniffle*.

Murdered her yesterday trying to pass. Guy next to me was playing games and not letting me pass or slow down...pretty funny of him, huh? Of course, he didn't stop. So I nailed an oncoming car sliding sideways...it sucked. You can see I rocketed the other car in to a ditch where it's really not that far from tipping over. Good times.

Thanks, guys.
To Blue, yes it was a legal pass in all aspects...except maybe for speed because I could have hit 60mph at one point. The pickup I was passing was doing 45 in a 55.

Important thing is you're OK
I have a rule to always hit the person that caused it. you could have/should have taken out the asshat that wouldnt let you in. Never let them off scott-free.

Yes. The officer said that because someone was "hurt"...
...that he was required to issue me an "improper passing" ticket. The woman was a wreck emotionally, but was walking and talking with no problem and without visible injuries. They still took her away in an ambulance, though...which I realize is standard procedure when there's any question of injury.

Lol...believe me, that's not the first time I've heard your suggestion...
...since the wreck. I actually quickly considered it at that time, but my fiance was in the passenger seat and I was more worried about her at that moment. I'm not so sure where I could have leveraged a 6000lb pickup truck out of the way, though...right behind the front wheel perhaps? Flip it?
