I ride a BMW '09 F800GS. Love it!

nielsn 05-03-2010 08:19 PM

2004 Kawasaki ZZR1200 w/K&N filter, muzzy 4-1 stainless/chromed exhaust, Stage 1 jet kit, extended blackened windscreen, helibars, custom aftermarket hand made seat, metallic baby blue paint. A sport touring beast (emphasis on sport) Very rare, very fun, very fast. puts all these cars to shame. BUT, since I have to drive a car from time to time- Audi isn't a bad way to go!!!

I've got a CBR1100XX which is more commonly known as the Super Blackbird. They're quite common here but I believe there's not too many in the US.

I've also got a CBR600F4i which in the UK is called a CBR600F6 due to it being a 2006 bike. I used to use it for commuting and then it became the bike that got me into track days.

do you have stock brakes on your f4i? ive got stock calipers and a radial brembo master from a r6 but still dont quite like the feel, its pretty soft.

If I rode it like a regular bike I wouldn't call it brave, I'd just call it stupid. :p My girl rides a busa as well, and she prefers to ride hers all over, and thus she has two rotors.

My bike sees the local bike night, and some occassional blasts up the highway, that's about all. It's not the smartest thing, but for what is essentially a race bike that doesn't like to sit in traffic long and rides like a buck board, I take the risk. Just some finishing touches needed, and a diet for my fat ass and it's off to the track for real use, and I'll get around to putting my other street bike together.

More on brakes, haha...

What do you have on the bike for pads, lines, and fluid?
