Has Audi authorized a "trunk kit" for owners that want to race their cars in the SCCA?

Is anyone offering a easy to bolt-on suspension kit? Any recommendations based on actual use?

SCCA would have to authorize it, based on Audi's input....BUT....it won't happen.

Trunk kits are developed for Showroom Stock classes in SCCA Club Racing. TT is turbocharged in all variants (turbo motors are the only choices, right ?). Turbocharged cars aren't allowed in SCCA Club Racing....so....no trunk kit.

Lots of tuners have suspension kits for the Audi's - you probably won't have trouble finding stuff for the TT soon.

The TT is only offered in turbo, and, even worse, it's turbo/4wd (which, as per our discussion some time ago, is the kiss of death for U.S. racing).

But, strangely enough, there are "class spec" kits available from Abt to "bring the TT in line with sports class specs".

I don't know what sports class specs are, but they could be anything from super touring to club road gp to GT from the description...
