Default Vanina Ickx couldn't drive a nail. She was unceremoniously removed from the Audi DTM team and I

cannot see her driving that car at Le Mans without a big check coming from some sponsor.

Legge is far better, but there are better than both available.

Default Holy smokes Mike I did not think DTM was that expensive. That's almost $200M USD which some...

F1 teams wish they could have for running a season in that series.

Default IMSA treated Porsche terribly in the 80s when the 962s were winning too...

I remember seeing on TV and reading articles with the organizers of IMSA saying they wished Porsche would leave the series because they were winning all the time.

They came up with all kinds of methods to slow down the Porsches... Add weight, can't adjust the boost from the cockpit anymore, can't adjust the aerodynamics anymore, bigger engine inlet restrictors and add more weight just so the Nissans, Mazdas and others could catch up and eventually beat the Porsche.

That's really good racing, really. A manufacturer makes a great race car, make that a fantastic car, way ahead of its times the others can't beat it so what do they do, slow up the good car what crap.

Me personally I'd tell the others to go back to the drawing board and make a better car.

I'm not surprised to hear Audi got screwed too.

Yep, and there is no Quattro allowed in the DTM, all of them are RWD, inclusive Audi.....

Yep, that expensive. So much carnage, so many teams to support.

Same here! Our only travel plans involve China. Everything happens for a reason...
