wow! that was freaky!!
i didn't see that coming at all.
not sure if you could have done anything about it.
from the vid it's hard to tell if there is actually standing water.
glad it turned out OK in the end.
at my Pocono event last weekend we had some rain on Saturday and some standing water in a few places. BUT, i had an instructor in the car with me "puishing" me on and advising me about the differences in where the water was - it matters. it was amazing the amount opf grip still there even though it was raining.
not sure if it had anything to do with me still driving an AWD car though.

no we weren't running a video camera unfortunately. I totally forgot we had given him one for xmas... otherwise I woulda built a mount to put it in our cars... next time 
The other E30 didn't spin cuz we were talking to Mike (the owner) about it at the banquet that night. He laughed and promised it wasn't him =P
