Shoe polish for window markings - numbers etc
I've heard people talking abtou using shoe polish to write their number etc. on their windows for events. What kind of polish are they talking about ?

Cheap Numbers R Us
Shoe polish is just that: the cheap white stuff, but a pain to get off IMO and not so good in the rain.
You can get vinyl numbers made (basically one time use), or magentic numbers to use over and over (be careful with those at high speed events, they may go flying). You can also make numbers with racer's tape, since it'll peel off nicely after the event. You can also just print a number on a piece of paper from MS Word in a big font and tape that to the *inside* of the rear window.
