After a Decade....I'm back home in New England....
Well, I bumped into a chap at John Harvards in Framingham yesterday and immediately we started talking Quattros. I think his name here is Southboro Audi Guy. He suggested that I post here and introduce myself to the gang here. Just to let you know what I have...AN Ohio 88'80Q with about 300,000 miles on her. I've had her for about 10 years now and got her with 124,000 miles on the clock. Now many years later I'm still loving this car. Now mind you she is not close to concours condition (Thats what my Triumph TR7 is for) and she has couple dents...nothing major. However the interior is deteriorating so I'll probably have questions coming in the weeks and months ahead. Be talking to you....

AudiWorld Expert
You met Tom, our newest local post *****!!!
actually, he is quite the enthusiast, and it is nice to see that he is "spreading the word" about AudiWorld. This website is a GREAT resource, and I hope that you find a few brethren in your platform forum (<a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/9080/">click here to get to the 80/90 forum</a>).
Make sure that you keep your eyes out in this New England Forum for news about upcoming events. The local GTG (get togethers, meets, etc.) are a LOT of fun), and a good chance to met fellow local Audi enthusiasts and see some interesting cars.
Welcome!!!

Welcome to AudiWorld and Welcome back to New England. Wow with over 300,000 miles...
you would have won the award for most miles that we gave out at our last local Audi get together earlier this month.
Hopefully we can get you out to a local GTG sometime while you still the old girl in your posession.
Oh now that I've chimed in I think we've about covered the major Post ****** from this forum. =))))

And now the third Mousketeer weighs in...
Good running into you the other night. Yes, you have officially been welcomed by the three top New England post ******. David (A4AdMan) and I have an excuse -- we're unemployed! Henry (BD) is just one of these Martha Stewart types who does it all and never sleeps.
As BD said, keep an eye out for the notice on the next GTG. Would be great to have your old girl make an appearance.
Welcome back!

Wow, an '88 80 and a TR7? You must be pretty handy with the wrenches or a real masochist ;-)
Welcome from someone who gets to post every couple of days rather than every couple of hours!

"Welcome from someone who gets to post every couple of days rather than every couple of hours!"...
Or in the case of SouthboroAudiGuy and myself unfortunately every couple of minutes.
