I know some of you will never darken the doors there, but here is my recent experience.

2004 S4 Avant, purchased from Bernardi 9/2003 (one of the first)
Just went in for 35K service plus a few minor issues I hadn't mentioned when I made the appointment(Headlight leveling warning, peeling console, stuff like that) I expected to have to bring her back another time, but they kept her overnight, gave me loaner Audi, and finished everything, plus did some good things I didn't expect.
And complemented my on my new wheels (Enkei OR-52 anthracite on Dolphin Avant, if anyone cares).
Props to service adviser Ian, and Bernardi.
Now they only need 29 additional good reviews to get back in your good graces.

The service manager (Stan) is a good guy and I have had nothing but good experiences with them. Derek is the tech that I prefer to have work on my car but they have other good techs too (Tim & Chris).

Quite a contrast to the experiences that I had with Brookline Audi when I lived in the city - those guys are crooks and I may be suing them shortly.
