Couple ideas....
Osushi in Copley is great, fun, fast (but in the mall). The place next to Chili Duck on Bolyston is good (butdownstairs) and has cheap (rock and roll) sushi late (open till midnight or one, I think).
Then there's always Uni, the sushi bar in the Clio restaurant in the Eliot Hotel. A bit fancier.. very very good.
