Any experience with MA cops feelings with no front plate?
 

I used to run no front plate when I lived in NY and didnt really run into any problems, except once I got a warning after already being stopped for speeding.

I plan on putting on an RS4 bumper and dont want to ruin the look with a plate. Just seeing if any of you have any input on the situation.

Went almost a year without one before getting a written warning for it when stopped for other reason

Got pulled over in Hingham, MA for it. Cop said he pulled me over b/c I didnt have a front license plate. I just explained that I didnt know it had fallen off, he was pretty cool about it and said to get a new front plate. No written warning or anything

Some don't even know it's illegal, some consider it worse than murder (or even worse than speeding!)

if anything it's just another excuse to get pulled over, i cried when i drilled my boxster's bumper

just keep it in your glove box, and if u get pulled over throw it up on ur dash

there are both 1 & 2 plate cars in mass......
 

so unless you attract the cops attention you may slide for quite awhile

but it was only because I was already stopped for something else. The cop asked where it was and I had it with me in the car. After showing him that it wasn't illegally mounted on another veichle he didn't care anymore.

then they ticket you for improperly displayed plate, happened to me once... good luck
