I just talked to him on the phone he seemed ridiculously busy... or maybe he was trying to blow me off?

Default Tony is rediculously busy, he was working alone for a while but has
recently brought another mechanic on board. I believe someone who left NEA up in concord.

Default yeah when I just dropped my car there, there were plenty of others
over the winter there was NO ONE there... he came in just to do my car

good for him, sucks for me.

Any reason why he has seen a huge spike in business?

Default My guess is NEA is rediculously expensive and he gets a lot of good
reviews based on the work he does etc. I'm sure the other audi/vw forums give him good press as well.
