Well, I am about to make an offer on a house tomorrow but not...
familiar with the neighborhood, school system, etc. It all looks good but just looking for someone to give feedback.

Just trying to get the scoop on school systems, politics, neighborhoods to seek or avoid, etc.
Would like to stay south of Chelmsford center if possible for commuting purposes.

schools...
don't know what your stance on education is, but 2 of the best public schools in the state are just a town over (cchs in concord & abrhs in acton). cc is strong, especially in the arts. ab is more straight up academics & more highly regarded. i went to ab & have definitely benefited from it. i know that kids are supposed to go to school in the town they live in, but a good friend of mine lived in chelmsford and went to cc, so it's doable somehow.
