Anyone have a Euro RNS-D or know how to modify U.S. discs to work in a Euro system?

Anyone have a Euro RNS-D or know how to modify U.S. discs to work in a Euro system?
Yup, tis what I need.
Even if you have a burned copy of a disc, that would still help me tremendously, as I can compare the discs to figure out what changes were done in order to get it to work.
I know it might be a long shot, but you folks have never failed me before.
