She sure is, had a little thank-you gift for her last time I went in and *poof* she was gone...
Not only did she get things gone, she followed up and always greeted me with a smile. Management cleaned house there with the exception of Mark... don't know any of the details.

Because managment there blows.
They lost ALL their key people within the last 12 months.
The GM, GSM, Used car manager, Finance guy, all their top sales guys, etc...
That place has perfected the art of making customers feel 100% unwelcome.

Take a look at an Infiniti G35. I just ran into a guy who leased one. He looked at BMW's Acrua's, and Lexus and said Infiniti had the best lease deals around.
