Anyone know what it would cost to have all the upper/lower control arms replaced on my A4?

Is $500 really a good deal?
For a good audi/vw independent mechanic at $70 an hour, thats 7 hours of labor.
I'm not trying to ridicule, but I'd imagine a good indy shop would charge less than that, though I could be way off.
