Default Best winter driving lights?

Hi Folks,
Looking to pick up a B5 over the next few days and I want to outfit it with some really nice winter driving lights (as I get myself caught in plenty of snowstorms).

Recommendations? In the past I have had good luck with PIAA brand lights.

Default I've always been told that was the case

We have a set of yellow driving lights on my parents old beater taurus- they seem to work well in the snow (and to be honest, that taurus is a tank in the snow regardless of no Quattro)

Default yellow has the most lumens compared to white/blue/purple temp lights

get some driving lights, and put in a 65$ HID kit from ebay with 3000k, those will be nice and yellow and will cut through lots of snow

Default I had yellow fogs but I recently purchased the Xenon match fogs from ECstuning.com and I noticed

that they are brighter and work better in blinding snow.
