We normally have two schools (figure, room for 72-80 students total).

This year, we had some scheduling issues and ended up with only 1 school (room for 42 students) and we announced it late, after having sent several teaser messages to people. So, it filled in three or four days after opening registration.

I am primarily responsible for this mess and I feel terrible about it. I really intend to make sure that next year we have two (or more, but certainly two) winter schools and the dates are set in stone much sooner. I really hope you can make it next year.
