Default Clutch Install

Cheapest Place in the Boston area for a clutch install? Approximate price to expect? I'd be putting in an RS4 clutch. Thanks!

I know Mirror got his RS4 clutch installed at Shine recently for a reasonable price

Default Mirror needed more than just a clutch, but I don't remember the details. IIRC, he was over 2k.

Email him...he's away for a couple weeks.

Default Unfortunately, I ended up needing a new flywheel, too

IIRC, the total was about $2300. This was for a new OEM flywheel, throwout bearing, RS4 pressure plate, and a new friction disc (OEM and RS4 are the same). The flywheel alone was about $1100 of that (again, IIRC). RS4 parts were about $350 and I think there was about 8hrs of labor involved. They even managed to get this done on very short notice and in time for me to drive the car to the Canadian GP.

Shine really is top-notch. If they're a reasonable distance from you (Hibiscus, not illbill), I highly recommend you give them a shot.

Default wow $1100 for a flywheels sounds steep

can't you get a single mass OEM weight flywheel for way less?
