Boston Driver

I have seen a few Auto-x events posted, but none appear to be Audi only. Consdering the turnout at the local GTG events over the last year, we should have enough support and interest for an auto-x event.

Does anyone know of a good location or organization to work with? I will be contacting NEQ to get their input, but does anyone else have any contacts or interest in putting this together?

I've decided that the Silver 90S Quattro of mine will be used for that(once fixed), so my daily driver can take a break!
Quite a bit of work I think (to set them up), just by looking at the event I went to. We would need the timing gear, lot's of cones, 2 way radios, and some liability waivers just to start. Then who would let us borrow a parking lot, knowing what we will do to it?

I know that ner (www.ner.org) uses the runway at Devens and one of the lots up at NHIS.

You might want to check with them as to how to get that stuff inorder.



BTW..I think that the ner website had the autoX stuff under solo2.

i know NHIS rents out their parking lot for stuff like that (i'm in a club at school that engineers and builds a formula sae racecar every year and we've rented out the NHIS parking lot for testing/auto-xing the car)
