the shoulder is alot better... I'm still limited as to what I can do in certain instances but I've been back at the gym since March and it's doing well. If it gets sore I just need to give it a day or two of rest and it's ok. My doctor told me it would be 2 years for a 100% full recovery so based on that estimate I'd say I'm doing excellent.

We had to take our 5 year old son to the ER last month after he sprained his foot. We even thought it might be broken. He was a trooper throughout the whole process. He ended up spraining the top of his foot pretty bad and walk with a limp for a couple of weeks but he's back to normal now. Regarding a baby it is tough be they are just so small, but the human body can do some amazing things.
