its a standard job ... brians garage in needham is fine
they are notorious on this forum for telling people what to do with their cars rather than hearing what the customer wants done.
ie: he may say "oh downpipes for you crazy audi guys, i dont see why you waste your money on that"
but he is a good mechanic. knows his stuff

LOL! True, he tends to feel that....
...tinkering with what the Audi engineers have done is some kind of sin. I felt odd trying to "defend" my decision to go with coilovers. I'll probably not go back there unless it is a standard repair (like a timing belt, oil change, etc.).

They do good work from reviews here but Brian will tell you what his true feelings on
modifications are =P He feels that you should not mess with an already well engineered car but he'll do the work.

NO THEY ARE NOT!!!
I had them do a full turboback exhaust on my old 2002 Jetta. After having him yell and complain that aftermarket sucks he did a terrible job, mounted the exhaust incorrectly and still charged me $300 for the install (rediculous i know, needed new O2 sensors as well) After the install the job was done so poorly that the exhaust rattled like nuts. I brought it to Greg's repair in natick and he mounted it perfectly, and Brian's excuse was it was a terribly designed product that wasn't OEM, well it was a GHL exhaust and they are one of the bests for the Jetta.
I do not support Brian!
P.S. I could have done it myself, which I should have but it was in the cold winter and I had no warm garage to do it.
