im going to china to get the screens. we will beat the disease that is dying pixels!

i think the install may be pretty involved though, anyone have spare junk clusters for a4s, s4s, s6s lying around?

Default i am trying to gauge interest on how many to buy as there is a volume discount

i figure ... every single b5 and c5 will eventually run into this problem. the alternative is a new $800 cluster since buying a used cluster will have the same problem, and have different mileage.

some companies are offering the service for $350 right now ... I figure I offer the part alone direct from china for much cheaper and let people DIY

Default I have this problem on my TT, but the LCD is soldered to the board. I bought...

a cluster with bad gauges and tried to transplant the lcd but it didn't work cause the ribbon is weak and the oins are very close together . I don't know how it is on the A4s but on the TTs is close to impossible to replace just the lcd. the other things is that these lcds are not chinese but made in france . at least my TT is like that.
