I still havent gotten my magistrate date for my speeding ticket back in early July
is this normal or sh ould I call up someone and make sure they recieved the ticket in the mail?

They have to create a detailed report after each citation...
So the prosecutor can read it off against you at the magistrate hearing, and to jog his memory in case you appeal and go in front of a judge.

sucks, I have some qu estions about his ability to use a radar gun
while he has a ticketbook in hand and is writing someone else a ticket.And no, there was no possible spot for another cop to stand with a gun, this section had walls right on each side of the road.
