Default LOL! people get more and more ridiculous...

So a few months ago MINI mailed out a 'recall' about our 07-08 cooper s tailpipes- if we wanted we could bring it in to have the tips shortened... because some people have gotten burned on their bare legs by the hot exhaust tips...
NOW, they are saying it is 'MANDATORY' to get it swapped out... I don't see how it can be "mandatory"... they can't MAKE us swap it out... especially since my exhaust is sitting in my condo right now, and i've got an aftermarket system on...

heres an example... it really DOES happen... wow people are not too bright<ul><li><a href="http://www.northamericanmotoring.com/forums/2424456-post23.html">BURN'D!</a></li></ul>

Default same here (friends Enduro)...guess what I told my parents happened? --->

I told them I slipped and scraped/burnt it on my best friend's car muffler. Ironic, eh?

I felt bad fibbing to my parents but not as bad as I would ahve felt if they had grounded my *** for riding my friends motorcycle wearing shorts and flip flops. Ah, the follies of youth....
