Looking for a dealership for service, etc. Bye bye Audi of Nashua, you've just lost another customer!
Walked in there last evening and was made to feel very unwelcome the minute I asked for Mike Cote! Don't we all look for a familiar face when we walk into the dealership? What's wrong with that?? I was told in a curt tone "Mike Cote no longer works here". No offer to find out why I was there. So, I offer to explain to this new service lady that I need somebody to look at the under chassis in my car to assess any damage that might have happened when my wife drove over a speed bump and slammed my car. To this I am given a business card for Nashua Collision and told to contact them for the assesment! I told her that I new AON did not have a body shop, just that I wanted somebody to see if there was any damage to mechanical parts, she informs me that they're currently all busy and I'll have to make an appointment or try again tomorrow. End of story.

Let me save you some footwork.
The counter service sucks at Hoffman too.
The actual shop guys are good and a few are excellent. Parts Dept is excellent.
Unfortunately the service advisors suck.
**Disclaimer:
It's been a while since I've had my car serviced at Hoffman, and things may have changed (but I doubt it).

Dealer ratings & search...
Probably a long drive for you, but Lakes Region Audi in Gilford, NH is worth the trip.

click

I have thought about Lakes Region Audi for a while, never really had a reason to move until now..
Closer to Boston is an option as well since I will be working in Lexington and have a few choices..Clair, P&W (now Herb Chambers), Bernardi or Ira. Just some of the choices out there in that area. But if nothing works out, then Lakes region it is. The one dealership where I've not heard one wrong review, only problem is the drive. Do you have a contact there?
