Default need boston area warranty maintance, what dealer to use?

Hello,

Long story short a couple months ago one of my injectors on my '04 A4 went, it was repaired at Brookline Audi and ever since in 4 gear and higher there is a faint, but noticable flapping/whirring sound. I want to bring it in but have not used any of the other Boston audi dealers. Any suggestions would be helpful.

thanks,

Rhett

Default Where are you located? I have had good experience with IRA and Bernardi...

and others have had positive reviews about Clair, so you ahve a few choices, but of course, depending on where you are might be a factor in choosing.

Default Please stop pushing Bernardi...they S-U-C-K!!!

They are using you, and it is unfortunate you can't see it. Maybe it's mutually exclusive usage!

Default Good for them for getting on the good side of one of the most active posters on AW.

Now only if their sales, customer service and tech groups were as good as their marketing group.

Default Well, they have done pretty well for me....

and my experience with the service department was good BEFORE they knew that I was an active AW person. Sure, maybe they are using me, but in the meantime, if they can show 70% of attention and quality that I have seen, still pretty good in my book.

Yes, I have heard the high level of positive feedback on Clair, but they are in Westwood. I live in Lexington, work in Natick, so I do not see how I can justify going all the way there when I'm getting treated well at the dealership in Natick.

Yeah, I know, your mileage may vary...

Default That's true, they work well for you, no need to change. Not so much for me but I don't mind the

drive down to Clair. Known them for so long and they know me so worth the extra mile or two

Default Dealership experience is different for everyone I think.

I have had awful experiences at Pass & Weiss and IRA, yet some people have had good experiences. Clair is too far for me but I have heard good things.

I did have a decent experience with Audi of Nashua, but that was more than a year ago so not sure if that has changed.

Overall, I've never been impressed with any Audi dealership. It's too bad. So if you find one that treats you good you are lucky.
