In NH, the piglets will usually walk out into the highway and stand in your way

Kind of gives you a good benchmark into the crock of **** that is the "speed kills" argument. If your speed were really unsafe, then the NH revenue collectors would have a much higher turnover rate.

even without a valid case, its worth trying to waive the insurance points if anything... $$$$

At least down by me as well as NY.. you go to the court date, plead not guilty, and they usually

reduce it to a lower speed/fine/points instead of going to trial.

what about parking tickets? A friend of mine "lives" in NH and has over $1000 in tickets...

will he have to deal with them the next time he goes to renew his license?

I would guess that out of state parking tickets don't transfer, but I don't really know.
