Looks like we could have a decent turnout for Wednesday. Here is the current list of people that have said yes or maybe. I'll be showing off my latest cosmetic mod and I know Boston Driver can't wait to show off his "new to him" 4.2 wheels. I know I can't wait to see them. =D

I hit the speed limiter on my S4 on that highway. Nice ride.

Default You guys should plan these for Sundays....

How do you expect to get people into Boston at rush hour on a weekday?????

I would rather wax my car with sandpaper than try to get to the waterfront at rush hour!

Default From experience I have found that trying to schedule a GTG on a weekend will lead to spotty

attendance. Many people, me included, tend to reserve the weekends for family activities so the only way I can meet up with people and justify it to my wife and son is that if I do it right after work on a week night.

Additionally, the only weekend GTG that I have personally attended that had more than 10 cars show up was on a Saturday afternoon in February in 20 degree temps. And I think the main reason that so many people showed up at that one was because we hadn't gotten together in so long.

Sorry that this day and timne doesn't work out for you. Keep an eye open for future posts on other GTGs.

Perhaps we can organize one that would be on a weekend in the late morning hours so that it doesn't eat a large chunk out of people's planned activities.

Default The reason for the 5:30 time is so some people can come early and meet people and

then bail if they need to be home or some place else in the early evening.

I am sure some of us will be there past 7:30pm so feel free to come at whatever time works best for you.
