Hey Rob,
Had the engine work done on my A6 4.2 at Banchwerks and Jesse and Theo were great. I had a TB, valve cover gaskets, cam seals, and plugs done. I also had an oil level sensor that was leaking that I was planning on replacing when I did an oil change but since Jesse had everything open I asked if he would replace the sensor and do an oil change with my parts and he had no problem with that. For me an important aspect was that I asked if he saw any issues with the car and the one thing he noticed was the front brakes were going to need to be changed, which I knew.
Their shop doesn't have the latte machine and the leather chairs but that's not what I need, all in all a great experience and would recommend Banchwerks.
