Looks like maybe a couple of showers this morning, then partly sunny all afternoon, and clear this evening. This is a lot better than how things looked in the forecasts earlier this week! But, even if Mother Nature decides to change her mind, rain or shine, we'll be there! Based on the replies to the various posts here (and elsewhere), we have over 40 cars coming (including some of the "maybe" folks).

Thanks to our raffle donors, Phil from Detailer's Domain and Cy from Speed Shack for their generous donations. If you have a chance, please visit their websites for your automotive needs. I am also raffling off a DVD copy of "Truth in 24" which is the documentary of the Audi victory at Le Mans in 2008 that aired on ESPN recently.

To ensure that everyone enjoys this event, PLEASE look at the important reminders below

AMC - We are not there in any "official" capacity. AMC Burlington has not officially sactioned this event or granted formal permission to use their lot. However, as in the past, we are simply parking there to eat at Chili's, which is common for that section of the lot. This has not been an issue in the past, and hopefully we can continue to use this venue in the future.

Speed/Racing - Please keep your speeds down on Middlesex Turnpike and the road up to the parking lot! I know it is fun to make noise for an entrance, but the local police took interest in this event the last time we were here. Just be careful. Remember, racing on public streets is a no-no, and we would like to avoid any uneccesary attention.

Raffle - This is a free raffle for attendees, one ticket per person. I will be handing out raffle tickets starting at 6:00 p.m. and will conduct the drawing at 7:00 p.m.

Dinner - I have not made any reservations with Chili's. If you want to eat there, you should probably put your name for a table at least 15-20 minutes before you want to eat. There are not plans to make a huge table for a big group, but if someone wants to take on that task, fine with me.
