Try the Lou's in N. Reading.
I've been there on many a Saturday morning for various little jobs like welding bungs, filling pin holes in flange connections, etc. I've seen them building from scratch many systems on NICE cars, mostly hot rods and muscle cars.

I always use the same guy in N. Reading. The other locations suck from what I've heard.
White dude about 5'6" with a big nose and tats on his forearms. He actually knew what a Galant VR4 was when I was in there the first time, so I request him every time I go back and he's been great. Very good welder.
My car never gets any love from you Euro guys because you don't know what the hell it is. That's the nice thing about a rare sleeper. It can put the spankdown in any weather conditions on 90% of the cars that were at the GTG yesterday.
