Default yay, I didnt even get to speak at my magistrate hearing
state cop rep presented the cops notes, I started with mine and the magistrate said "wel, Im going to find you responsible, so I dont need to har anymore"


love our system. complian about not enough cops when something big happens..how about you pull them fm the side of the highways! *grumbles* reveneue generators *grumbles*

Default The Magistrate Hearing has a different burden of proof.
You can forget about that "innocent until proven guilty" crappola. That's only for real court.
