I live in NW Pennsylvania where the temp has been around 10-15 degrees the last week. Perhaps my car has always done this, however, I just noticed it for the first time the other day. When I shut my engine off, there is a very faint humming, perhaps a fan, coming from underneath the hood. This lasts a minute or less. Once the lights shut off, the humming stops, as well. Is this normal? I literally drove a few miles from work and home yesterday when I noticed it. (My radio happened to be off when I parked, otherwise, I probably wouldn't have noticed it..it's that faint.)
