maybe I’m going mad, not sure yet.
has anyone noticed a low rpm diesel grumble from inside the car?.
its worse when pulling away from a stop and hits from 1000-1500rpm and then the noise goes and smooth v6 noise takes over.
i thought it was part of the characteristics of the car but every so often the noise is gone and Car runs and sounds perfect. Only to switch off and on the engine again for it to come back.
have no idea where to start to look?. The Car runs absolutely fine it’s just this noise that makes the 3.0tdi sound like a tractor at low rpm.

any help would be great.

also got another strange noise....
i decided to test the car driving forwards with the hood open and managed to record the sound. It’s a weird electrical buzzing sound almost sounds like one of those portable electric shock devices.
i put the car in D release the auto handbrake and when I take my foot of the brake it makes the noise. I think I managed to upload the video
