Been trolling the forums for a few months and decided to finally make it official. I posted on the subr edit, to mixed reviews. I am stationed in Germany and pulled the trigger on a pretty sweet, IMO, find in Nürnberg last month. Picked up a heavily modded 97’ A3.
Im still working on decoding all of the mods, registration is in German and all of the parts are listed. I’m going to see about the process for bringing it to the states when I finish my tour. The interior is pretty much standard, sloppy shifter included.
I am looking to renew the shifter, either install a short shifter or if there are upgraded bushings/bearings, I’d love to hear if you know where to look other than APR.
