Default Anyone Seen this before??

Hi, looking for some advice please. I’ve only just bought an 09 Q5 and intermittently the screen on the MMI is doing this?

I can reset it by pressing 3 buttons in unison but it keeps happening when I restart the engine from cold (not every time though)

Does anyone know what I need to do to get this fixed and how much it might cost please?
