Audi MMI

Hi,

First post so apologies if I missed any replies. I have 2016 A3 and the problem is a lot of the tracks on the sd card are greying out when selecting and disappearing from MMI. All tracks are in MP3 format, some will play and a lot wont. Really frustratingt, any advice please?

Sounds like a DRM issue. Did you rip the files yourself, or pull them out of iTunes?

I have also the same problem with MMI...and my all sd card songs dissipeared...

I want to say that the files are protected by a digital rights manager, in which case you won't be able to use them. Try ripping your own mp3's from CDs, don't put in iTunes, and see if you have the same problem.
