Default B7 RS4 Intake manifold vacuum port question

Hello! I have a B7 RS4 that I did a carbon clean on, but now that it's reassembed it is idling very rough (getting random/multiple missfire codes on cylinders 1-2-7-8, so Engine ECU #2/controller 11). I'm not sure I have my vacuum hoses reassembled right, although by shape, memory (I've learned my lesson - mark your connections!), and the pictures and manuals/documents available, I can't tell what the problem is. There is one vertical port right inside the IM near the throttle body. I have that one going around to the evaporator canister purge regulator valve (N80). There are also two horizontal ports near the mouth of the IM - one is closest to the plenum and appears to draw air through the suction pump (that is picked up in the rubber intake hose). The top horizontal port is open. When I plug it, the idle smoothes out temporarily, then gets even rougher/cuts out. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks ahead of time for anything you can contribute!! Much appreciated!!
