Default Headlight Range Control: System Fault

Hello, I have a problem with my 2014 Audi A6. After doing some adjustments on the headlights it gave a fault " Headlight Range Control: System Fault" nothing was wrong with the system before, no faults at all. I guess the system tried to auto adjust the leveling and failed because the car was not parked on leveled surface. Now the basic calibration settings are lost and giving 3 faults - 126984 Front Left Ride Height Sensor "C1034 29 (137) Signal Implausible, 127240 Rear Left Ride Height Sensor C1036 29 (137) Signal Implausible, 393989 Headlight Missing Calibration/Basic Setting. VAG number 4H0 907 357 B component ...LWR12...H02 0010. The sensors faults won't clear and that's stopping the process of entering the basic settings. There was no physical damage to the sensors but somehow they got stuck. The dealer worked on it for 2 hrs and couldn't enter the basic settings, they said that the sensors have to be replaced. Is it possible the software to damage the sensors or how can they get reset and get them back to work? Any ideas? Thank you!
