I have a 2009 A4 convertible, see below. I bought it with 65,000 miles and have had it for a year now with no issues. I did get a car fax on the car before I bought it and it was serviced all along by Audi dealers. That is a real positive in your decision on the purchase. The price is the price but do examine the back window as they tend to separate from the surrounding material if not cared for properly.
Fixing one is a bear and a new top is $ 2,000, so look carefully.
