Not cranking
Hi I have a Q5 2015, I changed the battery and the car started once, after that I got an error message that states the steering system is defective and dont drive the car and i will not crank. When i check the battery it is good 12. 5 volts when i measure the jumper points under the hood i get 2 volts. If i hook up a jumper box on the jumper points the car will start. HELP
