Has anybody had any experience with this retailer, either good or bad?

I think they are more popular with the VW crowd. Seen there name, never dealt with them.

mostly overpriced, lousy service, like most shops.

Default I've used Volks Cafe for my A4
For wheels, brakes, exhaust. They mainly do VW, but they can do most Audi stuff, and I trust them.
