Default I'm in. We probably have to do one of my clients, Raymond Wines
They'll set us up with a private tour and tasting...They're old school Napa Valley vintners, fourth generation.

...which means the locals will take Monday off for the Raymond gig while the infidels fly their asses home. ; )
