Default My fiancee and I checked it out last year when they were first available - I didn't like them.
Way overpriced and the lofts weren't really lofts (no 17+ ft of continuous glass). *Very small*. The Market House Lofts over by Japantown in San Jose were real lofts, but I decided to chicken out of that. Hasn't earned much equity - lofts are suited for people who will never have kids IMHO and that hurts resale value.

Default People actually want to live right next to train tracks?
Having lived a 5 blocks from the tracks in Palo Alto, I can tell you that I was awoken several times a year by passing trains. I will never live within a mile of train tracks again.
