if you are looking to rent i have just moved out of my 3 bed room condo there.

the noise level there is very tollerable, the glass is quite impressive. any who i have a corner balcony above brooks brothers and right before hotel valencia. If you are interested plz let me know

My appraiser was telling me they're very narrow & linear, like a hallway with rooms.
