anyone know of a good sexual harrassment (possible assualt) lawyer?
 

My girlfriend was in the er and the male doctor did unnecessary procedures and made inappropriate sexual comments, and did not even document the examination in the case notes. She has already complained to the hospital administrator, who will reprimand the doctor. There's details that I'm not disclosing, but I'm thinking this is even a possible criminal offense (sexual assualt). Btw, this occurred a yesterday in a hospital in AL (she's visiting her family).

I think not documenting is a felony alone - it's fraud

that's a good point...I'll be speaking with the hospital adminstration directly tomorrow...
 

It'd be good to consult with a lawyer tho.
