Anyone with VAG-COM?

New to Audi and have been reading about the VAG-COM stuff. Anyone local has it? (and does not mind sharing the information?). I installed Nav and there were a few steps post-install that require the Vag-com. Also, as I understand, the bluetooth voice commands can be enabled using it.
