Default IO Port Racing. They don't have Piloti shoes though.

I can't remember the name of the place at Infineon. I'm almost positive they have Piloti shoes.<ul><li><a href="http://www.ioportracing.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&amp;Store_Code=IPRS&amp;C ategory_Code=FTD">IO</a></li></ul>

Default Wine Country Motor Sports. It's like aisles and aisles of smack for a junkie.

I <i>hate</i> that store. I always end up spending tons of money whenever I go there. Sigh.<ul><li><a href="http://www.winecountrymotorsports.com/">Wine Country Motor Sports</a></li></ul>

Thier driving shoes are awesome. Not as expensive as Piloti but not any less good. Im wearing mine right now....

I bought my helmet from Summit cause they had the best deals, you just have to measure your head right...

And I use old military fighter pilot gloves, so, well, I didn't buy those

Don't think I have ever bought any stuff at an actual STORE per-se...

Default There's a trailer loaded with good stuff that might come by to most SCCA AutoX's...

he had some pyrotech helmets for under $100 - same as online places, but at least you can try for size. Race suits, shoes, gloves, etc where on his trailer.

Default 2nd that... very helpful folks, got my helmet and gloves there.

Just plan on spending a couple hours there, there is that much cool stuff to look at. Great bookstore, clothes, memorabilia, models, race wear, tools, on and on...

I do have the Piloti shoes (got at Griffin) and I like them as casual shoes... but for track day driving I got the Puma Speed Cats (at the Puma store on Market in SF). I like the thinner soles for more feel on braking. White stripes make you look like a 25 year old investment banker going clubbing, but I'm willing to sacrifice for my art.

Late: I'm on my third set of Pilotis in 6 years. Bestest were Mulholands. Order from factory!
