Oh, you're an expert at negotiating C-level bonuses...
Bikes are at employee discount, that alone is enough. Cash isn't offered "instead of". Some things aren't negotiable. Being offered the company's main product at a discount is a great incentive and I'm certainly going to take them up on it....

Maybe the bike's enough..
Okay, maybe money isn't everything to someone who manages it for a living. So I'll assume the salary is also on the low end for a CFO - maybe around $120K. But Ducati is not a tech company, so that would make sense. And stock options probably were not part if it. The title and the bike very well could be enough for you.
