Ok, I am not looking to slander anyone here, on this board, but I did have a question.

I have lots of small bubbles, and some dust particles trapped under my week old tint. I had it done by Juan, of tints r us, and I am less than satisfied with the job.

Has anyone had any experience dealing with Juan in regards to having him redo problems in their tint? the whole experience felt a bit shady to me (cash only, doing it outside instead of a climate controlled area) but based on recommendations from this board, I went with him.

I just kind of wonder what is post-install service is like, and see if there is anything I should know before calling him up to complain.

Am I just better off getting it redone somewhere else?

I've had him do 4 cars. Each has always been the same...not shady at all.

Take up to 2 months to come out, if it is dust they need to redo it. on my car I had to have my back window redone because of dust but it was also because of the nature of my tint, which shows every imperfection and is the hardest kind to install thus why the guy I took it to had a clean climate controlled garage.
